The first step in the process was to take a call from Express to answer a few questions, which took a couple of minutes. I didn't have time right then to do a phone interview so I scheduled a time to talk to their recruiter the next day. The recruiter called a couple of minutes late but was very helpful. The phone interview took about 20 minutes. The last step in the process was to come into their office in West Seneca to meet my recruiter and fill out some paperwork, which took about 30 minutes.

Went in and filled out the application. It took a couple of hours total to fill out the application, drug screen, interview. The interview wasn't much of an interview. You just tell them what you are looking for and they have you fill some more paperwork out. Give you a drug screen and background check. Then send you to your assignment.
