I had a simplified and pleasant interview process. Initially, I applied online for administrative roles, and had a phone screen followed by an in-person interview with a recruiter. Shortly thereafter, I was contacted by the franchise owner and scheduled for an in-person interview for an internal position. I had feedback within the same day, followed by a job-offer.
