I had an initial phone interview where she asked me about my career history. I had an in-person interview a week afterwards. Most of the questions were behavioral, "tell me about a time when.." and asked me to provide situations in which I encountered certain failures, successes, how I interacted with team members.

Three total interviews, one phone two face to face, both face to face happened in the same day. Research the company goals prior to going in. Interview with more than one person in each of the face to face. Ask follow-up questions, need to be proficient in Excel

The recruiter and hiring manager were very professional and It was very enjoyable. From start to finish the entire process was very well managed. Although I didn't get an offer the hiring manager and I discuss detailed expectations of the potential candidate.
