The interview process was as expected for a job at this level. The interviewers were engaged with me, wanted to hear what I would bring to the position, and were very respectful. I was given the opportunity to think about accepting but eventually declined for personal reasons. Had I been able to accept, I believe that it would have been a fantastic opportunity.
