5 minute call with recruiter, then 5 minute webx video call with same recruiter for 5 minutes, same day. Terrible connection, and asked me 2 questions. I felt like the only reason for webx call was to see what I looked like. I was ruled out after really NO Interview questions with any substance. Very Unprofessional. I guess having experience is not what they are looking for...too old

Lengthy interview process, 4 total interviews before being told you're not a candidate. The entire process took over 2 weeks. Not a great experience. Each person I talked to couldn't really describe next steps outside of there being "more interviews".
