When I showed up at the interview I met with the HR lady. She led me to a videoconference room and gave me an application to fill out. I thought it was odd that she did not come back to introduce me to the people doing the interview. She dialed in the number and left. I spoke with 3 people who were in Anaheim, CA. The questions were technical, but not difficult. The application asked for my W-2 from my current employer and previous. I asked why and they said to verify that I did in fact work where I said, but it appeared from the application that they were verifying my salary. I asked about the time clock and the employees flexibility with their schedule. There is a time clock and everyone punches in and out, and there does not seem to be any flexibility in an employees schedule. I did not finish the application or the skills test and told the HR lady I was not interested. I later received an email stating that they were not going to continue the interview process with me; they were going to continue to look for the right candidate for the position.
