Interview was for the Applications Engineer position, The Hiring Manager was very motivated and excited about the job responsibilities. He asked me about my projects and experience. It was a very interactive conversation and gained my Interest for the position.
After clearing my first round i had a HR interview with HR Director, this was the worst interview i ever had, it felt like i was being cornered. The list of rules and regulations she had, i felt like i was going to a prison. I never felt like i was applying for an engineering post. It was during the HR interview i decided I wont work for this company and lost my interest in her questions.
They really need to work on their HR interviews.

Technical interview went very well, it was more about the job description and my work experience.

it was casual two rounds interview, one with the team and one with HR. The team focused on the day to day running of the role, while HR was more focused on setting rules and boundaries on day 1.

The lady was nice, She asked about previous internships and capstone project. Interview was straightforward. Basic electrical knowledge. he talked about the company and explained the role to me. It was a good experience overall.

I had two interviewers. Both were very friendly and discussed the work ethic in their group and the job’s responsibilities. They asked pretty basic questions about my prior experiences and skill set that I would bring to the company.
