Just looked at the reviews for this company. Not very good. HR/recruiting is the weak link here. I was set up for an interview for which my background did not match very well. I have applied for other openings for which my background was great. However, my phone never rang before. A very nice gentltman interviewed me for bench tech. He and I wondered why I was called in for this position because my skill set.was not quite for this opening. He gave me a power supply and asked me to point out items on the PCB. He told me that he would keep my rez on file.
