Bait and Switch then Switch again: Phone interview, three more in person interviews. The VP described the actual Exempt job description in detail which was not what was posted. They needed a higher skill level. I informed them I was trained and certified by the development company in DSP which was much higher than was needed for this job. I was given an on the spot verbal skills test. Very fair. I still liked this job and the people I met. Then came HR... HR offered a different posted low paying hourly position of Technical Writer in a different department. When I mentioned her mistake, she became belligerent and argumentative. The rest of the interview went downhill from there. She was unprofessional, unprepared and uncooperative with a superiority complex. I was ready to walk other than by pure curiosity, I stayed. I held back my laughter due to pure shock. The buildings have very plain decor, if any. Never saw anyone at their desks. They are definitely ready to skip town at a moments notice. And, their whole interview process makes one think their company is a cover for something else. Very strange. Don't waste your time.
