Poorly coordinated. At times it felt like the interviewer was following a checklist rather than engaging in a genuine discussion. Some of the questions felt repetitive, and the interaction came across as somewhat impersonal. I also found it difficult to get clear insight into what the day-to-day responsibilities in the Technical Development Program would actually look like.
Overall, the process felt more like a standardized screening exercise than a meaningful evaluation of technical fit or potential.
