1. ROUND 0: Apply online for the recruitment talk. This process is rather long and requires you to input a lot of info (incl. resume). I guess they did some sort of selection here and there was an invitation to an info + networking event at a hotel if selected. TIP: don't waste your time, network with RELEVANT people and get their names. Be sure to leave an impression. 2. ROUND 1; 2-3 weeks later, I was Invited to the first interview at Harborfront office. There were 2 interviewers of supervisor position, from chemicals and refinery. It took about 45 mins. Mostly behavioural questions (asked alot on past intern experience), 1 technical question :O They were very friendly don't worry. TIP: relax 3. ROUND 2: 3 weeks later, I was invited to the second round. This time with more dua pai people (3 interviewers of management position). It took about 30 mins. No technical questions for me this time. ALL behavioural questions. Familiarise yourself with the typical leadership/challenge/conflict types of behavioural qns. 4. OFFER: About 2 weeks later, offered by thai HQ.
