The interviewer went through my resume and asked behavior questions. The questions are common questions, like describe a difficult situation when you had problems in a team. The interviewer also give you hints when you have difficulty or not answer the way you are expected. Also asked to describe your research but was not asked in details.
Very long process from application to getting a reply from the Hiring Manager. Generally get computer generated replies in email. Very stringent processes, though have applied for a couple, still unable to get replies
The interview process was fairly standard overall. It started with a recruiter screen, followed by a hiring manager interview and a few conversations with team members. The questions were mostly behavioral with some role-specific discussion. Communication was decent, though timing between steps could have been a little clearer.
