Overall, the process was positive. I applied online & received an email the following week for a phone screen. A manager in the department conducted the phone screen (30 min, behavioral questions / qualification check mostly). 10 days later, the recruiter notified me that the company wanted to do an in-person full-day series of interviews (11:30-5pm). The interview day went smoothly. All interviews (4) were one-on-one & with higher level managers/directors. There were 8 interviewees for multiple positions that day, but there was one other day (so I assume 16 interviewees). Questions were behavioral, resume walkthrough, and really a chance to ask questions. I cannot stress how open these managers were & the positivity of the experience. My one drawback was it took about 6 weeks to hear back, and it was only after I reached out to the recruiter. Overall, good experience for what appears to be a great company.
