typical HR questions (leadership, teamwork, why Exxon?, Why polymere plant in antwerp?) + technical question with 2 project engineers. In technical question there was a polymer production line given and you had to come up with solutions to increase pressure and decrease temperature in certain areas's.

Very friendly and open-minded interviews in three steps. First management and directly afterwards on supervisor level, third on general management and HR level.
Questions were rather on general level, than technical expertise.
