I started by applying through friend reference program. Shortly after that, HR called me to fill out my profile online. I got into the first and only interview 3 weeks after sending the application. Hen 3 more weeks to hear the result

The interview consisted of a panel with three managers and was conducted in both English and Thai. The discussion was quite casual and focused primarily on assessing soft skills rather than technical knowledge. Most questions were general, such as strengths, weaknesses, and how I approach different situations. There were no technical or role-specific questions.
