Colloquio
1. Online application.
2. 2 online assessment tests (SHL) . Numeracy test and competency based framework personality test.
3. Skype interview - standard behavioural questions.
4. On site interview with two engineers. General questions about company and refinery, then behavioural and technical questions.
5. I did not reach the final stage, which is assessment day with the rest of candidates.
