Frst round was a basic aptitude plus metallurgy core questions which were a bit easy. Second round was a group discussion which was held between 10 students. Third round was an interview ( both technical and hr)
Very long process from application to getting a reply from the Hiring Manager. Generally get computer generated replies in email. Very stringent processes, though have applied for a couple, still unable to get replies
The interview process was fairly standard overall. It started with a recruiter screen, followed by a hiring manager interview and a few conversations with team members. The questions were mostly behavioral with some role-specific discussion. Communication was decent, though timing between steps could have been a little clearer.
