Online application form Psychometric Test, Telephone interview with external recruiter. Recruiter was professional but lack enthusiasm. Test were more difficult than other grad schemes. Overall a good experience and would recommend applying

Respectful. Simple behavioral interview with expectation of answering questions in STAR format. Interviewer seemed interested and was calm and inquisitive throughout the process. Been a week and haven't heard any sort of follow-up, though.

Exercise was organized by dragnet. Registration process started at stated time. It Progressed till the identity and bio-data verification point. We had brief time to relax and wait for the batches ahead to conclude, before mine. Was seamless and well proctored.
