Hired from college. They only hire college graduates in the IT Company. Onsite interview. Second interview consist of a few interviews onsite. The interview process was pretty easy going. They are interviewing you to see if you fit in the exxonmobil culture. Your grades and activities shows whether are not you can do the work.

They advertised the position with hybrid work-location (home office and office), however the interviewers first and only question was if I'm good to visit the office 5 times a week...
She agreed to ask the hiring manager, if there is flexibility. The only response I got back is an automatic mail that they regret to inform me, "they do not have a suitable opportunity for you at this time".

Colloquio
First one was with small team at interview conference.
Second was on site, two 45 minute interview with individuals I would work closely with. All very straight forward questions and conversation. Very nice hotel room and food provided during interview day (breakfast and lunch). Easy to book travel through their system.
