Most hiring is done on campus. Few experienced hire positions offered. Typically a day of on site interviews with dinner with a host the night before. Behavioral questions and the star method are used to determine organizational fit, analytical capability, etc.

Tell me about a time you have to pivot or change on a project you were working on. Most questions were the typical behavior based interview questions. Interviewers are not trying to intimidate your or trip you up, but trying to get to know who you are and how you work.

It was a very quick process. I interviewed with 2 recruiters and that evening they called me to offer the job. EM tends to offer jobs quickly and early on in the recruiting season to get people before they have other offers.
