Applied online. Had one behavioral interview with the hiring manager and a human resources individual. Heard back within a week, then had a technical interview with three different individuals. Asked about troubleshooting distillation columns. Heard back a couple weeks later.

How would you troubleshoot this distillation column issue?
Very chill experience, felt like a get to know you conversation with the managers who were very nice, mainly asked standard behavioural questions like Why ExxonMobil, asked about your resume
The interview was in person, 1 hour, one on one. It was overwhelming at first but the interviewer was really nice. It was difficult to make a connection with her though,
- talked to the engineers at career fair, they treated it as the first round of interview
- managed to get to the final round
- mostly behaviourial and fit questions
