I applied through my university and it was a 1.5 hour on campus interview. The interview with going over experience and extra curriculars on resume then standard STAR format behavioral questions.

Describe a time you overcame a disagreement within a team.
The interview had a lot of behavioral questions. They didn't quite ask, "why should we hire you?" However, they asked questions like, "Tell me a time you influenced another person at work."

"Tell me a time you took another person's advice in a project."
Two rounds, primarily behavioral questions that asked about past resume experience and situational team questions. STAR method is useful for answering these types of questions + emphasizing impact provided in projects.
