The first step consisted of a video-recorded interview which had a 7 days deadline so one could do it in his/her own peace and time. It was a half an hour-long interview and there were 6 questions. Following it for the Operation Analyst position, there were some Accounting related questions but it was Multiple choice type questions.

I applied online. It was a first round pre-recorded video interview. The interviewer started off by asking about my studies and past experience then went on to behavioral and basic accounting/finance questions.
