The interview was secured through a career fair on campus. They looked through everyone's resume, and made selections from there. If you were selected, you scheduled an interview for later that week. It was a great interview; really just a two-way conversation about who you are and what your values are.
It was my first time so I messed it up but otherwise it was easy. Panel asked about my social internship and 2 or 3 technical questions (about drilling). In conclusion the interview was more about behavioural questions and allows you to open up and tell them more about yourself in depth.

You will be selected by an Online Assessment based on reasoning and aptitude. After that, there will be a GD round. Then one technical round and then a HR round. GD round eliminated 50% of the candidates

It was a lot of Action Driven questions. You had to take them through your whole proc of thinking and acting. It required you knowing your experience and leadership style extremely well. Considering making notes.
