They also explain the nature of the job and the schedule to see if you are truly interested in a career in the oil sector. Present yourself as a risk-averse steady minded individual and you should have no problem impressing the interviewers.

Na screening van cv, eerste gesprek meteen on site. Een technisch interview samen met een HR-collega. Er werden verschillende technische specifeke vragen gesteld, en er werd gevraagd schema’s, te tekenen en uit te leggen. Verder werden de klassieke vragen gesteld.

I applied on March 20th, I was invited to interview April 8th. Interviewed 2 weeks later. Very standard interview setting, 3 person panel and they asked behavior based and technical questions. The interview lasted a little longer than an hour. Offered the position on May 5th. Just to kind of give a time line for the entire process. Background takes about 6-8 weeks to complete after offer acceptance.
