2 Stage Interview. The first interview (General) mainly assess the interviewee's soft skills. Come prepared with STAR framework. The second interview comes with either a set of technical questions or a case study associated with the technical function applied.

What's your take on the energy sector and where do you see it'll be in 10 & 20 years time? If given a choice, how would you want to contribute to this?
Very long process from application to getting a reply from the Hiring Manager. Generally get computer generated replies in email. Very stringent processes, though have applied for a couple, still unable to get replies
The interview process was fairly standard overall. It started with a recruiter screen, followed by a hiring manager interview and a few conversations with team members. The questions were mostly behavioral with some role-specific discussion. Communication was decent, though timing between steps could have been a little clearer.
