There were three interviews total for campus recruits:
- Initial face to face at campus recruiting event
- On campus interview
- On site interview
They were all pretty easy. Pretty much just to test and see if you have the basic competency and personality they desire in their new hires.

O primeiro contato foi com uma headhunter. Depois, tive que preencher alguns formulários, foi um tanto quanto burocrático. Fui entrevistado por umas 4 pessoas, foi tranquilo e desafiador. Tive que falar em inglês durante a entrevista e variar voltando a falar em português.

Basicamente o processo é de entrevistas e análise de currículo. Há também uma etapa de validação de documentos.
