4 steps with cultural and english screening. They check if you are a good fit for exxonmobil. Is a good experience to test yourself and prepare for interviews. They welcome you very well
The interview process includes three rounds. The first two are virtual, focusing on behavioral and situational PM questions. The final round is conducted in person at headquarters for deeper evaluation.

Siguen el modelo de Behavioral Event, que busca entender como resolviste o afrontaste situaciones pasadas para predecir conductas futuras. Son preguntas del tipo “contame alguna situación en que tuviste que trabajar con una persona difícil y qué hiciste”. En general pasás a esa entrevista después de que la consultora mida tu nivel de inglés. Para algunos puestos puede haber también entrevista técnica.

The process starts with a phone screen and then, if successful, will move to an on campus interview with a dinner the night before. Overall, everyone was extremely hospitable and very professional. The interview itself was with 5 department heads, and consisted of situational based (STAR) interview questions. Overall, it was a fantastic conversation with everyone there.
