Start with technical then psychological session, interviewers are very friendly and willing to guide the whole session with the proper process. Was a good experience to also determine if you are really fit into the role based on the questions being asked.

How will you see yourself in the next 5 years in the company
Very chill experience, felt like a get to know you conversation with the managers who were very nice, mainly asked standard behavioural questions like Why ExxonMobil, asked about your resume
The interview was in person, 1 hour, one on one. It was overwhelming at first but the interviewer was really nice. It was difficult to make a connection with her though,
- talked to the engineers at career fair, they treated it as the first round of interview
- managed to get to the final round
- mostly behaviourial and fit questions
