The overall interview process was about 4 months long. As you will learn in ExxonMobil, patience is a key value. There were 5 different interviews, those interviews included an English test, an Accounting test (argentinian and USGAAP), a Drugs and alcohol test, a 2 to 1 interview, and an environmental evaluation. This was when the Buenos Aires office just started.

it was a long interview, almost 1.45 minutes. There were 2 interviewers but at the beginning, they spent some time to make you comfortable. They start introducing themselves and invite you to introduce yourself.

4 peoole interview you, 2 outside of tge department abd 2 from the department. Very straight forward questions about behaviour and technical background. In general it was great interview. Just need to be prepared for complex few technical questions
