Two rounds of interview. Asked about the understanding of LNG market, some behaviour questions. Interview panel had 2 people for both rounds. The interview rounds lasted about 45-60 minutes each. Questions were not too difficult, pretty standard if you understand the market. HR communication was quite quick as well, with prompt follow ups.

1-hour interview with 3 current employees. All the interviewers are very nice. Basically motivation questions to learn about you and you career interest.
After interview, the HR said your background doesn't fit despite showing deep interest and understanding of this industry. Then why invite me to the interview? Totally a waste of time of every one.
