1. Upload CV onto website, fill in quick online form and take numerical test. 2. If you pass the test and fulfill their criteria, they'll contact you to set up a Skype Interview which is purely competency based. 3. If you pass that, then there's a face-to-face interview in Southampton. 4. Finally, there's an assessment center.

The interview invitation was given only two days in advance, which made it challenging for me to arrange transportation and accommodation. The interviewers were friendly and approachable. However, I feel that I didn’t perform as well as I could have, mainly due to limited preparation for the technical questions. The interview covered my resume, included a few behavioural questions, and a case study. The case study itself was not particularly difficult.
