Seems like anybody can come in for a job interview. Mostly fresh grads. Touch and go for most people here at the room. Location was centralised. 3 people seem like of high level mgt peeps.

Very long process from application to getting a reply from the Hiring Manager. Generally get computer generated replies in email. Very stringent processes, though have applied for a couple, still unable to get replies
The interview process was fairly standard overall. It started with a recruiter screen, followed by a hiring manager interview and a few conversations with team members. The questions were mostly behavioral with some role-specific discussion. Communication was decent, though timing between steps could have been a little clearer.
