Colloquio
I was contacted by an Exxon Mobil representative and did a basic phone interview. This interview was a situational interview, basic questions were asking for a time that a certain problem popped up and how I handled the situation. These questions ranged from how I dealt with a teammate that wasn't doing there share on a project to dealing with projects where the scope of the work changed during the project and how I dealt with that.

Describe your three best strengths and three biggest weaknesses?
Very chill experience, felt like a get to know you conversation with the managers who were very nice, mainly asked standard behavioural questions like Why ExxonMobil, asked about your resume
The interview was in person, 1 hour, one on one. It was overwhelming at first but the interviewer was really nice. It was difficult to make a connection with her though,
- talked to the engineers at career fair, they treated it as the first round of interview
- managed to get to the final round
- mostly behaviourial and fit questions
