I recently attended an interview where all the questions were based on my CV and past experiences. I truly appreciated how the interviewers took the time to understand my background rather than focusing solely on technical questions.
The atmosphere was surprisingly comfortable, it felt more like having a conversation with friends than a formal interview. The interviewers were genuinely kind and respectful, which really helped ease the nerves and allowed me to express myself more naturally.
