It was online with incoming manager and outgoing manager. One of the interviews was not very visible due to poor lighting and distracting background. The questions were pretty basic about experience. I got the impression that organizational structure was still being worked out and things would have been chaotic for some time. Although I felt the interview went well I never heard back from anyone at the company and I had to follow up to only find out that the position had been filled. This is a deal breaker for me, companies, recruiters who do not send a simple email with "Thank you for your time, we have decided to go in another direction." This is unprofessional and makes you wonder how you will eventually be treated at a company.
