It will be difficult if you are the 2nd to answer questions because the 1st interviewee may "take" your answer. After that, you are required to get a WWCC and also complete another assessment with your reactions to scenarios or teaching styles. To succeed in this assessment, you will need to read their lengthy teaching manual about their procedures. You must pass this to finally be regarded as a tutor and you are added to their portal.
