I only got to the phone screening, but the recruiter was remarkably kind and open. In one week he called me with the news that they won't move forward with me but offered background about this decision, and gave me opportunity to have further questions, It was a really good experience from human perspective, especially in this automated, impersonal job market.

Made it all the way to the third interview with the AVP. Was scheduled for only a 30-minute window. They showed up to the interview 9 minutes late. Then proceeded to stop the interview to respond to work emails. It was clear as day the interviewer did not have the time or care to do an interview with me. Which was disappointing as I had spent lots of time investing in a potential job for this company.
