I firstly had an interview with the CEO. Once I'd passed that, there was short task to complete, followed by an interview with the co-founders about the task. Following that, I had a trial day with the company, understanding what I'd be doing on a day-to-day basis, and presenting a short project I'd been working on to the team.

- Brief phone interview (screening). - Short first-round interview to discuss the role, my skills and ambitions, and a chance for me to ask questions about the business and the role. - Detailed second-round interview including a mock sales pitch and deeper questions about my skills, experience and suitability for the role.
