Interview was 1h-1h30m, starting with describing the company's business and asking to know about my background. After that a ton of technical questions were made, some very basic.
From the position profile I had no experience in one or two particular areas but my straight answer was that that lack of experience is a recurring thing and nothing that some study and hands on do not resolve.
I was not called anymore and a answer was by form of mail stating that the position had already been taken. HR said that I could try next time because they were growing and more positions were opening.
This was my first interview after my first one witch was 15 years ago and I felt that something might have gone wrong in my interview. Next job application came with a request for another interview witch was not answered. I asked what was my profile lacking in terms of skills so that I could improve them, again , no answer.
