Colloquio
I had three interviews in total. The first with my soon to be manager, the second with an HR manager, and the third one with the HR Director and CTO. The first interview was by Skype, and the other two were face to face in their facilities in Porto. Between the first and second interview I was asked to do a case study, which I had 48 hours to complete.

They have asked me questions related to my problem-solving skills, strategy and tools that I have used. Communication style, flexibility and energy were also general concerns of the recruiters.
In more detail: the problem-solving skills, I was asked how I would handle different situations that are likely to happen. Strategy and tools were asked so they could have an impression on my work routine and self-management. Communication, flexibility and energy were asked so they could get a glimpse of how easy I was to work with, as a team member.
Some of the questions were tricky, and I think people with a bit less experience on the field might have a harder time finding an answer.

The worst experience with a condescending reciter from their talent acquisition team. Unnecessarily complicated process. I got an impression that people overwork than what they are paid. I am very happy that I didn't get this job. The process was: first with a test then two interviews.

The process was quite fast. They replied within two weeks after applying and I had two interviews and a test. However, I haven’t heard anything from them ever since. Neither a decline nor an acceptance

A HR person contacted me 8 days after I sent my resumé and asked me to choose a day and hour for doing a test that would took 50 minutes. I took the test and a week after that I had a video interview with the chief of the area and a human resources person.
