Interview process went very smoothly. The interviewer was very friendly and polite. She was very knowledgeable and she answered all of my questions about the job positions, pay, benefits etc.

I applied online & about a week later I get a phone call where a female talked about the position & the hours . We then went over my application to ensure that all my answers regarding tattoos/piercings , transportation , job history & availability were correct . She then told me there was a group interview & emailed me the location & details for it . When I arrived , we had to read a letter & a booklet prior to the interview that discusses the "look" FCH enterprises expects all employees to portray during work . When all 8 candidates arrived , we went around introducing ourselves & following that we were asked 5 questions . The facilitator wrote all our answers down & that was the end . She gave us a letter that appreciated our time & was a list of things needed if you got a callback within the next week to go a 2nd interview at their main office in town . Overall it was a short & east interview roughly around 30-45 minutes .
