Colloquio
1.) First I got a phone call to schedule a phone interview. It was an initial telephone screening interview asking basic questions such as what is your understanding of the FDM training process? Why are you interested in this role? and Where do you see yourself in next 5 years?
2.)This was followed by assessment day held at their Toronto office. It took an entire day (~6 hours) and there were 3 tests and 2 interviews and a group activity.

Assessment day started with introducing yourself to other candidates. Then there were 3 tests: IT aptitude (logical thinking), math test (basic mathematics operations) and venn diagram test (all instructions were provided). The interviews consisted of technical part and another one was about your profile.
Technical questions were mainly about advanced excel features, macros and SQL (RDBMS concepts).
Second interview was pretty straight forward. They asked easy questions such as tell me about yourself, why are you suitable for the FDM program?
The phone interview first and only took about 5mins. A few questions like the status, the previous job, and talk about yourself. I got the reply email very soon.

Colloquio
First they took information about your self.
Second assessment test with general questions. About math and aptitude.
Third technical interview with UNIX and database SQL.
Forth skype interview with an account manager.

I applied online and was called the day after. The lady was nice, she tried to gather information about me and schedule a phone interview for tomorrow.
I made my researches and was very disappointed by the low salary, added to the fact that you have to commit with them for two years after they train you and find you a position. During the phone interview I confronted her with that. She told me the real numbers : 40k$ the first year, 45k$ The second year and the training is paid $12 per hour. This is still very low compared to the market but since they train you for free, I understand that some people would except the offer. For me, I am sure I can find better I am not that desperate.
