      For anyone who wants to know about the process, the full timeline that the HR shared with me is: 1. HR phone call (BG check); 2. Video interview (in my exp this did not happen); 3. Online test (in my case it's on Hackerrank, just a bunch of logic puzzles & very basic code reading); 4. Assessment center (my friend said this is in-person). Below are my sharing about my VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, and their SUPER CHAOTIC & UNPROFESSIONAL HIRING PROCEDURE. The HR called me during class so I missed it, she later sent me an email to schedule a call. I did wait for her call for an hour but she did not call me at the scheduled time. I sent her a follow up email but no replies. 2 weeks later she sent an email saying she tried contacting me but could not reach me. After checking incoming calls & spam folder, nothing; email inbox & spam folder, also nothing from her! She asked me to book a phone call with her by directly replying to the email, so I did. Just to get a reply saying I should book on their website again... OKAY, I went back & booked. She did call me this time & asked me some basic BG questions. And then sent me an email detailing the program & hiring process & confirmed that I want to move forward. And then she sent me the online test. After I finished my online test, somehow she sent me an email with a title that "You have successfully withdrawn your application"... I DID NOT withdraw it myself! It says "if you believe it was a mistake contact the recruiter" in the email too, so I did, but she still have NOT gotten back to me (it's again... been weeks)... Also she's not said "sorry" for a SINGLE time dispite I've felt absolute disrepect for so many times... I do wonder if they even treat their consultants remotely humanely???
