Colloquio
Got a call from FDM a day before the assessment day. They told me I had to prepare a presentation on any IT topic to bring to assessment day. I felt rushed so I just made a presentation of the first topic that came to mind.
On assessment day the first thing they ask for was your passport and resume. They made copies of the documents while you fill out an application. Next you are brought into a small classroom where they showed you a video about FDM. After that you will be given a group activity to see how you interact with other candidates while FDM employees watch you. After the group activity you will give your presentation to everyone in the classroom. Be prepared for questions by FDM people. Afterwards you get a hr lunch break. After lunch you get simple programming/logic test and a grammar exam. During the test you will be pulled out for a 1:1 interview and HR interview. In the 1:1 interview your code will be reviewed by a trainer there. Be prepared to defend your code! The HR interview is the standard. When you are done with the interviews the day is pretty much over.
When I was at the office it didn't really feel lively...maybe it's just me. Interviewers were very friendly and knowledgable.

Very simple situational questions, with a cv screen standard question, there was 3 separate interviews on site as well as a maths and english test. Both tests are simple and the maths test had some answers in the help booklet

Full day of assessment and group activities - was actually not a bad experience to get some interview practice.
