The process took me 4 weeks to be completed. I did an very easy interview on the phone with a very suspicious charming recruiter (they are there to try to sell how wonderful is to be part of FDM group).After that, I was invited to attend the assessment day in London based offices. The assessment centre was a full day including: a basic maths test,( very easy, although you have only 30 minutes) a Venn diagram (they give you a book with some premises , this lasts 1h) test and an IT knowledge/Logic test (for me this one was the most difficult one). I also had three interviews all five minuets duration with three questions in each interview. Finally we were all given a tour around the office. amazing view, btw)
