I applied via their website. I was contacted a number of weeks later by a member of their HR team, who asked me a number of routine questions. I then recorded a set of answers to set questions. The final stem was a set of interviews and tests. These were a little challenging, but if you take the advice of the HR person and prepare, you should be fine.

It is a four stage process first is a phone interview, a video interview, some psychometric tests that you do online attached to the video interview link and then the final stage is an assessment centre.

The interview process was extensive but overall a good test of my skills to see if I could handle the job. It was 3/4 individual interviews and aptitude tests for Maths & English.

An example of one was "Tell me a time when you had to work to a deadline"
Psychometric tests, video interview, face to face interview. Not difficult. Some sections are long and require concentration. That's to get in to FDM. Once you're in, you have to do the same to get in with clients.
