After a telephone conversation and a video interview, I had 3 quick interviews after a few hours of the usual psychometric and maths tests in the London office. They asked some quite testing questions, those that you can't really prepare for. I actually failed one of the tests, so they invited me back to resit as they liked my interviews - I subsequently got offered the job!
