Was a pretty straightforward telephone interview, followed by an assessment day at the office. The assessment day was composed of around 4 tests and 3 short interviews. The interviews were strength-based so remember to give examples for everything and you will be fine. Things to note: some people may find the IT aptitude tests hard; you may be offered a role that is different to what you applied for - I would take the role they give because they probably have more demand for it.

There were basically 2 interviews. The Behavioral interview was quite basic. The technical one was easy. They just asked 3-4 questions like how to reverse an array and I just had to explain and explain your project. I got a little confused in technical interview so I was not accepted but overall it was a good experience.
