There is a pre-recorded online video interview. If successful you're invited to an assessment and interview day with tests and 1:1 interviews. At the assessment day you are given a talk on how FDM works as a company and a tour of their office. They are pretty clear from the start as to how the process will work and the commitments they expect from you if you sign-on. They provided constructive feedback following the assessments and interviews, within 2 working days. An offer is dependent on the feedback from the 3 interviews and your assessment results.
